Guidelines This policy is subject to change, so please check regularly for updates. This policy is an aspect of Aspire Media Designs General Terms and Conditions. Refund Method Refunds will be issued using the same method as original payment by the customer. Cases involving offline methods of payment will be refunded using a personal cheque or alternative online method, subject to agreement. Refunds are offered only on the understanding that the withdrawal of payment necessitates a withdrawal of services. No services will be continued after a refund is offered. Hosting Solutions Please note that a 7 day cancellation period applies to all Hosting Solutions, during which a full refund is available providing the following conditions have not been breached; • no more than 10MB total data transfer has been generated by use of the Hosting Solution. • that no breach in our Terms & Conditions has occurred prior to cancellation. Beyond the 7 day cancellation period Customers are entitled to a refund based on the monthly value of the annual rate paid for the remaining number of FULL MONTHS ONLY. Please note that any refund made is subject to deduction of associated Domain Name Registration AT THE PUBLISHED SINGLE ITEM PRICE. Such associated items are refundable under their own terms herein defined. Website Solutions Website Solutions are paid for 25% in advance, and 75% on completion. Please note that a 7 day cancellation period applies to all Website Solutions, during which a full refund of the advance payment is available. The advance payment is no longer refundable beyond the cancellation period, and balance payments, once the website has been completed and placed online for the client, are not subject to refund. Please note that any refund made is subject to deduction of associated Hosting Solution and Domain Name Registration AT THE PUBLISHED SINGLE ITEM PRICE. Such associated items are refundable under their own terms herein defined. Domain Name Registration The process by which Domain Names are registered prohibits the option of refund once the process has been initiated. Domain Names are registered to the Customer and fall outside Aspire Media Design's scope of control. |
